The past dekad was characterized by mostly cloudy and wet conditions across Matabeleland provinces, Bulawayo, and all Mashonaland provinces, while the remaining areas experienced brief cloudy periods with isolated thunderstorms. The highest rainfall totals for the period were recorded at Mvurwi (75.0 mm), Kariba and Kwekwe (63.6 mm), Nkayi (58.6 mm), and West Nicholson (55.5 mm).
