Early in the morning, most parts of the country were cool, except for areas along the Zambezi Valley and the Limpopo Valley, which were mild, with the latter being cloudy. This cloud cover extended over Matabeleland South and Masvingo Provinces as well as the Eastern Highlands. As the day progressed, most clouds had dissipated, leading to a warm afternoon across the country. By evening, mostly clear skies prevailed.
