Scattered thunderstorms occurred yesterday in the southern and western parts of the country namely Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South, Bulawayo Metropolitan and Masvingo Provinces. The highest rainfall amounts recorded were 44mm (Makoholi), 30mm (JMN Airport), 26mm (Hwange),26mm (Victoria Falls), 22mm (Masvingo), 18mm (Bulawayo), 15mm (Zvishavane) and 15mm (Kezi).
