Slight ground frost occurred in Nyanga (1°C) amid cold early morning conditions across much of the country. This was a marginal increase in early morning temperatures compared to recent days, and attributable to a relatively moist atmosphere as evidenced by brief cloudy periods over the Highveld. These clouds led to mild daytime conditions in these areas, while other parts of the country were mostly sunny and warm.

Meanwhile, more moisture is slowly being driven into the south-eastern parts of the Southern Africa towards Zimbabwe as of this evening.
