It was cold over much of the country, with slight ground frost in Matopos (1oC), Nyanga (1oC), Gweru (2oC) Henderson (2oC), Marondera (2 oC) and Mhondoro (2oC) and surrounding areas; The Zambezi Valley were cool at first and became warm by afternoon with scattered clouds. All other areas were mostly sunny and mild by afternoon and became cool towards evening.
